Terms A 50% deposit is required to establish order and unless prior credit arrangements are completed, the balance is due before delivery commences. Sales Tax Purchaser is responsible for all sales or use taxes assessed on the product, sale or delivery of the product. Damage in Transit All shipments are inspected before shipping. Any problems or claims should be directed to the delivering carrier. The delivering carrier is responsible for damage (concealed or visible) incurred in transit and at time of delivery. It is the consignee/receiver who must take exceptions on the delivery receipt, noting any dents, holes or broken crates or cartons. Request an inspection immediately should you discover the product is damaged in any way. Claims for loss or damage are valid only when filed with the delivering carrier in writing within two (2) weeks from delivery date. Keep all the damaged packaging materials and carton/crate. Only you, the purchaser/ consignee/receiver, can file a claim after the shipment has been made. Claims Any claims for repair or replacement must be presented in writing to Big Pagoda Company. Should written authorization be given, all returned goods should be sent directly to Big Pagoda Company. Any expense incurred in the shipment of said goods will not be the responsibility of Big Pagoda Company. Big Pagoda Company shall not be held liable for any damages caused by non-delivery due to an act of God, fire or other casualty, accident, strike, government action, hostilities, embargos, blockades or any other causes beyond Big Pagoda Company's reasonable control. Cancellation Policy All products that are custom made to order cannot be cancelled or refunded once your order is in production. Orders cancelled before production may be subject to a cancellation/ restocking charge. Finishes Please see the individual item for finishes offered. Finish samples are available through Big Pagoda Company. Note: Finish samples do not show the exact color effect because of the individual characteristics of the furniture materials used and hand finishing. The color samples are for identification only. COM Customer's Own Materiel: Yardage requirements listed are based on 54" wide plain goods. 1 fabric: Standard COM price. Duotone (as photographed): 10% additional charge.
